Your Orders

Please note that all orders are subject to review by National Sales. Such orders may be approved, modified or rejected. You will receive an e-mail notification informing you of your order's status upon completion of National Sales review. It may take up to 24 hours to process your order. Shipping days will be calculated upon approval by National Sales. You will be notified via e-mail of final shipping costs by a customer service representative at the Marketing Fulfillment Center.

You may view the status of your order by logging in to the Order Status page, which is located within the “My Account” section.

If your order has been approved by National Sales and you would like to learn about its shipping status, you may also contact the Marketing Fulfillment Center at (212) 498-3850 - Dial 0 and ask for Customer Service - to get an estimated shipping date. Please do not call this number regarding your order's approval status.

Can't find something?

If you cannot find the marketing piece you're looking for, then it probably does not exist. The Marketing Fulfillment Center lists all available marketing pieces the firm has created to date. You should contact Oppenheimer Corporate Marketing and request that they develop a marketing piece to meet your needs.
